About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the monitoring and management of all services provided by the managed service provider
  • Verify compliance with contractual commitments (SLA)
  • Relay the company's HR policy to employees
  • Coordinate and ensure the proper handling of incidents and service requests from the client
  • Coordinate and ensure the proper implementation of change requests from the client or provider
  • Ensure the integrity of all IT assets under the provider's responsibility
  • Manage and lead annual Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) exercises between internal IT teams and the provider
  • Manage the necessary governance and committee meetings
  • Propose, identify, and define actions for service evolution and improvement

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Leadership, communication, analysis, and rigor skills
  • Fluency in English
