About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the monitoring and management of all services provided by the managed service provider
- Verify compliance with contractual commitments (SLA)
- Relay the company's HR policy to employees
- Coordinate and ensure the proper handling of incidents and service requests from the client
- Coordinate and ensure the proper implementation of change requests from the client or provider
- Ensure the integrity of all IT assets under the provider's responsibility
- Manage and lead annual Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) exercises between internal IT teams and the provider
- Manage the necessary governance and committee meetings
- Propose, identify, and define actions for service evolution and improvement
Requirements
- Successful previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong customer service orientation
- Leadership, communication, analysis, and rigor skills
- Fluency in English
