About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap commitments, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
- Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive predictable delivery through sprint execution, dependency management, and release planning
- Lead program planning, cross-team coordination, and technical delivery discussions
- Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to drive proactive resolution
- Use data and metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability) to analyze work and improve efficiency
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution plans
- Coach teams to adopt agile best practices and remove impediments to high performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in product/engineering organizations
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using delivery metrics and reporting tools
- Technical foundation with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in product-led or SaaS organizations
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Aha
- Experience driving process transformation and delivery standardization
- Exposure to data-driven or AI/ML initiatives
- Professional project management certification
