Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap commitments, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
• Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive predictable delivery through sprint execution, dependency management, and release planning
• Lead program planning, cross-team coordination, and technical delivery discussions
• Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to drive proactive resolution
• Use data and metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability) to analyze work and improve efficiency
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution plans
• Coach teams to adopt agile best practices and remove impediments to high performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in product/engineering organizations
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using delivery metrics and reporting tools
• Technical foundation with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in product-led or SaaS organizations
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Aha
• Experience driving process transformation and delivery standardization
• Exposure to data-driven or AI/ML initiatives
• Professional project management certification
