Responsibilities

• Coordinate the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional projects aligned with company priorities
• Maintain and continuously evolve team roadmaps, milestones, and project timelines
• Drive agile and scrum practices, tailoring methodologies to fit different scenarios
• Track and manage project dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Support senior stakeholder engagement and provide regular, data-driven progress reporting
• Identify areas for process optimization to enhance delivery efficiency
• Foster a collaborative, empowering project environment for technical teams

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering and leading cross-functional projects to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in all aspects of the project lifecycle and tracking tools
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to understand complex systems to mitigate emerging issues
• Comfort working in a reactive, fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset for measuring outcomes and process improvements
