Delivery Manager - Front Office Capital Markets Trading

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery execution for front office capital markets client projects from initiation through implementation, go-live, and support handover.
• Manage delivery within the context of trading workflows, including order capture, routing, execution management, and trade capture.
• Convert approved scope into executable delivery plans including milestones, tasks, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate market connectivity activities involving exchange/broker connectivity, FIX integrations, and market data feeds.
• Engage with traders, sales traders, compliance, and technology stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines.
• Maintain Jira as the system of record for delivery planning, status, risks, and change control.
• Establish project governance, including RAID logs, client status reporting, and escalation paths.
• Drive go-live readiness, including cutover planning, UAT coordination, and formal support handover.

Requirements

• Experience managing client-facing technology delivery, implementation, or migration projects in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of front office trading environments, order management, and execution workflows.
• Working knowledge of market connectivity, FIX messaging, and trading platform integrations.
• Proven ability to manage project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency using Jira or similar delivery management tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading technology environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering OMS, EMS, or market data solutions.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, FX, or multi-asset trading environments.
• Familiarity with exchange certification and algorithmic trading workflows.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master).
• Experience working within regulated financial services environments.
