Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects for clients across the energy and utilities value chain
• Collaborate with technical, innovation, and key client teams
• Manage projects and drive development to ensure maximum customer value
• Form trusting relationships with customers and internal teams like data scientists and ML engineers
• Develop and execute compelling proposals to grow impact across the Energy Transition sector
• Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation
• Mentor peers and build robust processes and practices within the team

Requirements

• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery managing complex project lifecycles
• Broad understanding of the energy value chain (utilities, suppliers, traders, or regulators)
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects, ideally in AI
• Exceptional communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous settings with a structured approach to problem-solving
