Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initial scoping to final implementation
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions
• Manage project development to ensure maximum value delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact
• Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to business pitches and proposals
• Develop and mentor peers while building improved processes and practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or data
• Proven track record of taking responsibility for project delivery and end-user adoption
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Comfort working with technical teams and delivering technical projects, ideally in AI
• Practical problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementation
