Responsibilities
- Ensure operational monitoring and service quality of services delivered by the managed service provider
- Verify continuous compliance with contractual commitments (SLA)
- Coordinate and guarantee effective handling of incidents and service requests
- Manage change requests and ensure the integrity of IT assets
- Act as the primary client contact for IT steering and governance (steering committees, operational committees, quality reviews)
- Implement and monitor service improvement and optimization plans
- Lead annual Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) exercises
- Relay company HR policies and foster team cohesion and skill development
- Propose and formalize continuous improvement actions and process industrialization
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in complex or public environments
- Mastery of ITIL processes and IT service management practices
- Strong customer service orientation
- Leadership skills and clear communication abilities
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and priority management skills
- Rigor, organization, and proactive mindset
