Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team planning and coordination activities, translating strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans
• Create clarity around dependencies, risks, ownership, and decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate planning workshops, alignment sessions, and delivery reviews
• Continuously improve delivery processes, governance, and planning practices
• Partner with product, engineering, and domain leaders to identify trade-offs and surface risks early
• Use delivery insights and metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple product or engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technical literacy in modern software environments (APIs, cloud, distributed systems)
• Experience facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in German and English (C1)
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms
• Experience building agents or automating workflows using AI
• Exposure to Lean Portfolio Management or scaled agile delivery frameworks
