About the role
Responsibilities
- Project manage a portfolio of customer implementations to ensure successful outcomes and rapid time-to-value
- Monitor and report on project progress while addressing challenges or roadblocks
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Account Executives to align on customer goals
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers to use the Braze platform efficiently
- Document customer stakeholder roles and hierarchies to ensure seamless transitions to Customer Success teams
- Take ownership of technical workstreams when required, working with customer product and engineering stakeholders
- Advocate for customer business use-cases to internal product development teams
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementations or customer success
- Proven experience in project management and technology implementation
- Demonstrated interest or experience in SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Analytics, or Programming (HTML)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for video calls and email
