Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise best-in-class delivery services for top-tier customers to ensure high satisfaction and project performance.
• Engage with customers at the executive level to present delivery strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Sales Team and provide guidance to the Operations Management function.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical departments to align delivery strategies with technical implementation.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to senior stakeholders for cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
• Act as a point of escalation for both clients and internal teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide expert direction and guidance for continuous process improvements.
• Travel to client locations (approximately 20-30%) to provide hands-on support when required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Solid experience working within the financial sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing total budgets exceeding 1.6 million.
• Extensive experience in programme management.
• Experience acting as an Agile coach.
• Ability to manage commercial responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Professional working proficiency in English and the local language.
