Responsibilities
- Ensure operational management of the team and guarantee deliverable quality
- Manage resources and act as the primary interface for client stakeholders
- Qualify and validate profiles for onboarding
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and employee skill development
- Oversee operational workload and production planning
- Apply the Quality Assurance Plan and organize team operational rituals
- Provide operational reporting to client CPOs
- Contribute to the preparation and animation of governance committees
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from an Engineering or Management school in IT
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Significant experience in operational management and team leadership
- Expertise in staffing, onboarding, and skill management
- Proficiency in production management, quality assurance, and operational coordination
