Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of client accounts and ensure project outcomes meet business objectives
• Build and foster strong relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels
• Oversee the implementation of AI/ML projects, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers
• Define delivery plans, milestones, and governance cadences such as status reviews and steering committees
• Lead and mentor delivery teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and professional growth
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation plans

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of delivery or project management experience in IT, technology, or professional services
• Proven experience managing portfolios with simultaneous client engagements
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data science projects is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
