Delivery Management Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Manage product and service lifecycles for AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native and open-source tools.
• Lead technical programs through structured planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Handle requirements documentation (FSDs) and map business needs to technical solutions.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Drive collaboration between PMOs, executives, technical partners, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• 4+ years of experience in product and lifecycle management.
• 4+ years of experience in requirements documentation and stakeholder communication.
• 4+ years of experience with Git workflows and source control best practices.
• 3+ years of experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience managing platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS/EKS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong fluency in Python scripting for automation and tooling customization.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Program Management (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with DevSecOps, including automated security assessment and compliance.
• Release Train Engineering (RTE) experience in scaled agile settings.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and backlog management.
