Delivery Lead, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for ServiceNow platform initiatives, bridging business strategy and technical execution.
• Lead discovery sessions and partner with stakeholders to define requirements, vision, and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, advocating for out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customizations.
• Perform advanced configurations including Business Rules, UI Pages, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and workflows.
• Partner with architects to design platform integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and web services.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Refine product backlogs and ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready with technical acceptance criteria.
• Mentor team members and oversee release management, code quality, and upgrade cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience architecting and configuring ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, etc.).
• Proven experience leading at least two full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting, APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of CMDB structure and the CSDM framework.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-GRC.
• Experience with integration technologies including PowerShell, JSON, and web services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow release management and assessing skipped changes during upgrades.
