About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation and elevate delivery capabilities across Global Cash Management Engineering teams.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile practitioners to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Agile practices, product strategy alignment, and organizational impediments.
  • Introduce and refine Agile metrics, such as cycle time and throughput, to drive data-driven decision-making and evaluate team health.
  • Coach teams on Agile values and principles to improve flow, predictability, and quality while promoting autonomy and psychological safety.
  • Support the design and rollout of delivery strategies across various departments and portfolios.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience operating at a Director level or equivalent, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Successful track record as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead coaching multiple teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, XP, or Lean.
  • Experience with scaling approaches such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Agile certifications such as ICAgile (ICP-ACC or ICP-ATF), Scrum Alliance (CSP, CEC, or CTC), or SAFe/Kanban/Lean certifications.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformations or modernization efforts.
