Delivery Lead - Sales Commission Platform Implementation

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale sales incentive and commission platform implementations
• Translate complex sales compensation plans into scalable, compliant functional and technical designs
• Lead multi-stream programs covering functional design, technical build, integrations, testing, and deployment
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to validate business requirements
• Provide oversight for platform integrations, data migration, and reconciliation processes
• Lead and mentor cross-functional and vendor teams while facilitating governance forums
• Manage risks, dependencies, and release cycles to ensure successful go-live and hypercare

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise system delivery, specifically with sales commission or incentive compensation platforms
• Strong track record as a Delivery Lead, Implementation Lead, or Solution Lead
• Deep understanding of sales compensation concepts such as crediting, quotas, accelerators, and clawbacks
• Hands-on experience with at least one leading sales commission platform
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for reconciliation and validation
• Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
