Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and AI-led transformation programmes from strategy through to successful delivery
• Help establish and grow Publicis Sapient's footprint and reputation in the New Zealand market
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape transformation strategies and long-term business outcomes
• Establish effective governance, delivery approaches, and ways of working to create alignment and momentum
• Oversee programme performance, financials, risks, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes
• Guide organisations through Agile transformation journeys and coach multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital, business, or technology transformation programmes
• Deep practical knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with programme budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Proven ability to manage significant delivery portfolios and complex stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency with portfolio management tools such as Jira or Rally
• Full working rights in New Zealand (sponsorship is not available)
