Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Agentic Commerce initiative, ensuring all workstreams track toward key milestones
• Design and implement robust internal and external governance structures to manage decision-making and accountability
• Act as the primary operational interface for the Google partnership and internal product leadership
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies across technical, product, and data workstreams
• Establish recurring governance cycles and program tracking to ensure transparent reporting on progress and risks

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or program leadership managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Strong capability in strategic governance and designing execution frameworks
• Experience managing external global partnerships and complex vendor relationships
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of AI or product technology delivery
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical milestones into executive-level reports
