Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across ERP initiatives, from problem framing through to solution definition.
• Elicit, challenge, and validate business requirements using workshops, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Lead structured discovery phases, including scope definition, feasibility assessment, and solution design.
• Develop high-quality business cases, options analysis, and recommendations to inform investment decisions.
• Take accountability for end-to-end delivery outcomes, including scope, timeline, cost, and value.
• Coordinate across delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage execution, risks, and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships across Finance, HR, Commercial, and IT departments to drive alignment.
• Provide delivery visibility through structured reporting and insights using tools like Power BI and OnePlan.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, delivery leadership, or project management.
• Proven success leading end-to-end delivery of IT/ERP (SAP) and business transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, optimisation, and business case development.
• Experience delivering solutions across corporate platforms such as Finance, HR, and Commercial systems.
• Strong financial and delivery awareness regarding scope, cost, value, and trade-offs.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and move between strategy and execution.
