Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in late-stage sales cycles as the primary technical expert
• Run and deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (POCs) in a timely manner
• Lead and own the full implementation cycle from initial kick-off to go-live
• Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s proprietary tooling
• Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of multiple enterprise clients
• Provide direct feedback to the Product team to drive continuous platform improvement

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing technical or analytical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Implementations, or Consulting)
• Technical fluency in APIs and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of data systems and architecture
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguity
• Flexibility to occasionally support US-based customers outside standard UK hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI products or specific AI use cases
• Familiarity with RevOps workflows and CRM systems
