Delivery Lead - Infrastructure & Cyber

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber and infrastructure initiatives from planning through to implementation
• Run effective delivery cadence including refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retros
• Coordinate delivery across technical stakeholder groups, vendors, and partners
• Own progress reporting, risks, dependencies, and financial tracking
• Support secure, well-managed change into production and operational environments
• Foster a continuous improvement environment for delivery processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivery or project management roles
• Proven track record of leading technology migrations
• Experience or exposure to Cyber Security is a distinct benefit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with technical teams
• Solid discipline in planning, reporting, and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Delivery certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP
