Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps to client strategy and measurable business objectives.
• Lead the execution of large, complex data and AI transformation programmes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Take full financial ownership of account P&L, managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and driving profitability.
• Manage communications and expectations at the executive and C-suite levels to maintain customer trust.
• Define large transformation programmes including the design of operating models and change management.
• Apply and improve delivery methodologies such as Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall within enterprise environments.
• Own account health by proactively driving renewals and identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in a consulting firm, Big Four, technical consultancy, or software vendor.
• Experience managing large-scale data or AI transformation programs with million-plus dollar scope.
• Proven expertise in pre-sales, SOW creation, and commercial deal structuring.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical roadmaps into business language.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen including financial management and P&L tracking.
• Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working.
• Agile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum certification.
• Experience with JIRA or similar ITS software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Experience managing multiple Project Managers.
• Cloud Certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for opportunity tracking.
