Delivery Lead – Data Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering programs, including planning, execution, and governance
• Lead global engineering teams to design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and risk mitigation in an agile environment
• Provide technical design leadership for Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native solutions
• Drive capability building, team mentoring, and performance management across geographies
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 15-18 years of experience in technology delivery
• 8+ years of experience in leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Exposure to data governance and regulatory reporting environments
• Experience working within global, distributed teams
