Delivery Lead (Assets)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the DAM by ensuring assets are uploaded, tagged with correct metadata, and organized
• Provide first-line support to creative, ops, account teams, and external agencies
• Develop and deliver training materials and onboarding for DAM and asset library users
• Monitor asset integrity, usage rights, and compliance to reduce errors
• Collaborate with internal teams across North and Latin America
• Log bugs, feature requests, and workflow enhancements with development teams
• Manage stock and licensing by liaising with global stock houses and enforcing procurement policies
• Act as a liaison between creative, account, legal, and procurement teams

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in Digital Asset Management within advertising or marketing
• Hands-on experience with a DAM system, preferably Adobe AEM
• Experience as a DAM administrator, librarian, curator, or operator
• Solid understanding of creative asset types including image, video, audio, and animation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience training end users and working with creative/operations teams
• Process-driven mindset with ability to document workflows and translate user needs
