Delivery Helper

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value or fragile items to customers’ homes or businesses with care
• Unpack, assemble, and install products according to manufacturer guidelines
• Test functionality and confirm proper operation before leaving the site
• Provide professional and positive customer experiences during delivery and setup
• Inspect items for damage and document any discrepancies
• Follow all safety protocols for lifting, handling, and transporting items
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer signatures
• Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and maneuver furniture up to 150+ lbs with assistance
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
