Delivery Expert Advisor

Responsibilities

• Follow orders: reception, preparation, invoicing, and shipping coordination
• Manage client portfolios to build loyalty and optimize results
• Advise clients on delivery organization and timelines
• Functionally manage delivery drivers (service providers)
• Optimize delivery routes
• Supervise and support the order preparation team

Requirements

• Experience in the logistics sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational and rigorous methods
• Ability to work in a team and in a physical environment involving heavy loads
• Strong interpersonal skills and field-oriented mindset
