Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver local food products throughout the Southeast in a 26' box truck
• Load and unload truck manually and secure cargo for transport
• Handle purchase orders, customer invoices, and truck logs accurately
• Inspect, maintain, and operate equipment safely and in good condition
• Communicate pickup, delivery, and service issues with the office
• Follow food safety procedures and document safe conditions

Requirements

• 1+ year of driving experience
• CDL A/B preferred
• Experience driving 20-24' refrigerated box trucks
• Clean driving record and child abuse clearances
• Ability to lift and pull up to 55 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Computer or tablet proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Wholesale food delivery experience
• Local delivery experience
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards
• Flexible, dependable, and eager to learn
