Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders directly to doorsteps safely and professionally
• Verify all deliveries using the routing app
• Comply with DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times
• Navigate varying weather conditions and hazards during shifts
• Load and unload up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 lbs
• Support the Packaging Return Program by picking up customer recycling
• Assist with overall delivery volume, including helping other drivers or working overtime as needed

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid state-issued driver's license held for at least 2 years
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record
• 2 years of previous delivery driving experience
• Comfortable operating a delivery van in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as business needs require
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a food-based environment
