Delivery Driver Helper

Responsibilities

• Deliver and stack merchandise on customer premises accurately and on time
• Assist drivers with off-loading products and unloading/loading trucks
• Unload and verify all returning products with appropriate personnel
• Pad, stack, and secure items to prevent damage during shipment
• Load and unload vehicles by hand or by using a hand truck or dolly
• Perform job duties safely and participate in ongoing safety awareness efforts
• Maintain professional demeanor and adhere to established work schedules

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. (average case weight is 50 lbs.)
• Must obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 90 days of start date
• Experience using a two-wheel dolly
• Experience with equipment operations
• Ability to count money and keep account of merchandise

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
