About the role
Responsibilities
- Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for scheduled deliveries
- Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required for medical cannabis delivery
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as changing tires and checking fluids
- Manage and complete all documentation and manifests associated with medical cannabis delivery
- Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff
- Communicate effectively regarding any delivery issues
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass background checks including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic office productivity software
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of professional driving experience
- Previous experience with POS systems
