Delivery Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the daily delivery of grocery boxes
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers
• Ensure successful assembly and delivery of customer orders
• Report to Delivery Managers to support operational success

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in dispatching or driving roles preferred
• Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements
• Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Personal cell phone for emergency driver communication
• Ability to hold team members accountable
