Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Build and enforce SOW delivery playbooks, checklists, and SOPs
• Oversee intake, scoping workflows, risk management, and change control
• Work with Sales and BD teams to cater to client needs
• Manage niche and hard-to-fill requisitions using non-conventional sourcing
• Build pipelines of prospective candidates for future positions
• Ensure 360-degree screening for all candidates before submittals
• Track recruitment metrics, ratios, and maintain project governance
• Find creative ways to reduce turnaround time without compromising quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years running SOW delivery, IT project delivery, PMO leadership, or consulting delivery
• Deep understanding of SOW lifecycle: scoping, delivery, governance, billing, and renewal
• Strong knowledge of PMO practices and governance frameworks
• Experience leading offshore delivery teams supporting US-based clients
• Hands-on experience writing, scoping, reviewing, and pricing SOWs
• Experience in enterprise environments (cloud, infra, app dev, data, cyber, etc.)
• Proven track record in filling hard-to-fill and niche job orders
• Experience supporting US Fortune 500 or enterprise clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP, Prince2, CSM, or ITIL preferred
