Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery for customers within the US Hub, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the face of Backbase by engaging customers at the executive level and presenting delivery strategies.
• Oversee a project portfolio and collaborate with Project Managers to steer implementations toward success.
• Provide line management for a multidisciplinary team, including Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Project Managers.
• Partner with Customer Success, Technical, and Operations Managers to drive growth and identify new opportunities.
• Align delivery strategies with technical implementation by collaborating with R&D and technical departments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Delivery management.
• Proven leadership track record managing complex, mission-critical, and high-traffic web applications.
• Extensive experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience working in startup or scaleup environments.
• Demonstrated experience in program management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills.
• Ability to make pragmatic decisions and manage project trade-offs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile coach.
