Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality of delivery for customers within the US Hub
• Monitor and steer performance across a portfolio of complex projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers at the executive level to present delivery strategies
• Manage and lead a cross-functional team including Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Project Managers
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical, and Operations Managers to act as the face of the company
• Partner with R&D and technical departments to align delivery strategy with technical implementation
• Support the Sales team and provide guidance to the Operations Management function

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional Delivery roles
• Proven leadership track record managing implementation projects for complex, high-traffic web applications
• Extensive experience within the banking or financial services sector
• Experience working in startup or scaleup environments
• Demonstrated experience in program management
• Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to act as a pragmatic solution finder when making project trade-offs and decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as an Agile coach
