Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned Delivery department to maximize economic results
- Increase the number of Buying Customers and market share
- Provide high-quality consulting services to customers
- Protect company assets
- Lead and develop the department team
- Collaborate with store stakeholders and other company figures to achieve economic goals
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the relevant department assortment
- Knowledge of main commercial KPIs for department management
- Knowledge of the relevant CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong customer and result orientation
- Excellent relational, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
