Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned Delivery department to maximize economic results
  • Increase the number of Buying Customers and market share
  • Provide high-quality consulting services to customers
  • Protect company assets
  • Lead and develop the department team
  • Collaborate with store stakeholders and other company figures to achieve economic goals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the relevant department assortment
  • Knowledge of main commercial KPIs for department management
  • Knowledge of the relevant CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong customer and result orientation
  • Excellent relational, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
