Responsibilities
- Supervise the goods picking process for customers

- Organize and supervise team work and the delivery process
- Cooperate with transport companies regarding delivery execution
- Ensure service quality, including maintaining the cold chain
- Comply with company health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education
- Enthusiasm and commitment to daily work
- Ability to ensure the Delivery Department functions according to company standards
- Availability for shift work, including night shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a specialist role within distribution
- Experience in team management
- Sanitary-epidemiological medical certificate
