Delivery Consultant, Workday HCM Conversions

Responsibilities

• Support and execute data extraction, mapping, and conversion tasks to transition ERP data (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle HR) into the Workday format
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and conversion cycle performance
• Perform pre-load and post-load data quality checks to ensure integrity, compliance, and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues by documenting conversion steps, encountered issues, and resolutions for internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM conversions
• 1+ years of experience with data loading into Workday HCM
• Active Workday Pro Data Conversion certification
• Bachelor's Degree
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work in a hybrid model near Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; or Mechanicsburg, PA

Preferred Qualifications
