Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities that inform system design.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that translate solution visions into working systems.
• Use AI across all phases of delivery—including designing, building, testing, and documenting—to increase efficiency and reinvest time in customer engagement.
• QA work against actual user behavior to ensure systems achieve intended business outcomes.
• Create reusable build patterns to extend impact beyond individual customer engagements.
• Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, mastering advanced work across the platform.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with direct accountability for system success.
• Hands-on technical depth in building complex systems involving forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Proficiency in using AI as an embedded part of the build process rather than an occasional tool.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate conversations with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Proven ability to master complex platforms quickly and work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
