Delivery Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems to implement automated system improvements
• Determine and implement required system improvements to meet customer requirements
• Analyze new requirements and write functional and technical specifications for developers
• Administer and maintain organizational information systems to ensure reliability and alignment with user needs
• Support customer applications and verify newly developed processes
• Develop reports based on user requests and present information to managers, associates, and vendors

Requirements

• Educational background in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field
• Experience in technical specification writing and business report writing
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret financial reports or legal documents
• Proficiency in programming and systems engineering principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from production associates to executives
