Delivery Assurance Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the Delivery Assurance motion to ensure successful Anaplan platform implementations and zero-troubled deployments.
• Build and reinforce best practices across implementations, focusing on solution design, scalability, performance optimization, and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, implementation partners, and Anaplan employees from project inception through go-live.
• Provide mentorship, vision, and technical advice to Solution Architects, Model Builders, and Partners.
• Monitor and maintain key Delivery Assurance KPIs, including implementation health, time to value (TTV), and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for customer adoption and expansion to support the Sales and Customer Success organizations.
• Lead stakeholder cadence calls to review implementation milestones and execute action plans to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Professional Services delivery organization.
• Proven track record as a Senior Solution Architect implementing Anaplan or an equivalent EPM solution.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and client leadership skills.
• Experience communicating effectively at the Executive level.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to support active implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the Anaplan platform.
• Background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or Software Infrastructure Support.
• Strong business and technical acumen with a passion for continuous process improvement.
