Delivery and Operational Risk Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide Second Line of Defense oversight and advisory support to central delivery and broader operations functions.
• Chair and manage the Global Delivery Risk Business Partners Forum to facilitate knowledge sharing and global coordination.
• Ensure effective application of the Group Risk Management Framework across the delivery function.
• Support the RCSA review and attestation cycle, providing guidance on assessment quality and escalating material gaps.
• Provide second-line challenge for operational issue management, including root-cause analysis and remediation oversight.
• Develop and review delivery and operational risk reporting to ensure alignment with Group risk appetite.
• Act as a risk adviser on delivery-related audits and support teams in closing out audit actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by translating audit outcomes and operational incidents into updated standards and training.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in risk business partnering or Second-line risk management.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and operational risk considerations for BAU operations.
• Proven experience with RCSA planning, review, and stakeholder attestation.
• Solid grounding in risk management frameworks, control design, and second-line assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to provide constructive challenge to senior leaders and control designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report to executive audiences.
• Experience engaging with internal audit functions and managing remediation plans.
