Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver data products and information to drive multi-channel marketing capabilities for clients.
• Manage on-time input and output delivery, including monitoring processes to meet strict deadlines.
• Coordinate source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and manage processing flows, including ad hoc and complex data workflows.
• Validate source and output data against specifications and service level agreements to ensure zero defects.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data or processing issues, advising clients on necessary fixes.
• Facilitate change management by participating in scoping, estimating, and implementing solution changes.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of relational database design.
• Working knowledge of SQL or PL-SQL.
• Strong attention to detail regarding data auditing and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols and encryption/decryption (PGP/GPG).
• Familiarity with data processing tools such as Datastage or Syncsort.
• Understanding of industry regulations, privacy, and data security practices.
