Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and execute data workflows to ensure quality audits meet client requirements and service level agreements.
• Coordinate and manage source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Validate source and output data, formatting specifications, and requirements to ensure zero defects.
• Deliver accurate output information to clients through appropriate data processing platforms and transfer mechanisms.
• Research, troubleshoot, and lead the resolution of data or processing issues, advising clients on necessary fixes.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, leading client meetings regarding solution research and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by analyzing priorities, metrics, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience in Information Technology.
• Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong English proficiency (please submit CV in English).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail regarding solution processing and auditing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Identity Resolution.
• Experience with PII / Pseudonymous Data.
• Familiarity with USPS Address Standards and GDPR-Privacy Regulations.
• Experience with Encryption/Decryption (PGP/GPG, SDMS, GIS).
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
