Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver data products and information to drive multi-channel marketing capabilities for clients.
• Ensure data quality and process efficiency by validating source and output data against specifications and SLAs.
• Perform complex research and troubleshooting to resolve data errors and internal tool issues.
• Set up and build processing flows, including ad-hoc and complex new builds.
• Coordinate source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor data processing jobs, audit results, and manage on-time input/output delivery.
• Facilitate change management by participating in scoping, estimating, and implementing solution changes.
• Mentor junior team members on efficient processing techniques and auditing methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of relational database design.
• Experience with SQL / PL-SQL.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of auditing and monitoring techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with industry regulations such as FCRA and privacy standards.
• Experience with encryption/decryption (PGP/GPG).
• Working knowledge of data transfer protocols and campaign management tools.
• Experience with tools such as Datastage, Perl, or Syncsort.
