Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the on-time delivery of data inputs and outputs, including monitoring processes after hours to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and manage processing flows, including ad hoc, new builds, and complex data workflows.
• Validate source and output data against formatting specifications and service level agreements to ensure zero defects.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data or processing issues, advising clients on necessary solution changes.
• Facilitate change management by participating in scoping, estimating, and implementing solution changes.
• Provide formal mentorship to less experienced Delivery Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in Information Technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of relational database design.
• Experience with data auditing and monitoring techniques.
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, PL-SQL, Unix, or Linux environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl or Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with encryption/decryption protocols (PGP/GPG).
• Understanding of industry regulations, privacy, and FCRA.
• Experience with campaign management tools or data processing platforms.
