Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver data products and information to drive multi-channel marketing capabilities for clients.
• Ensure clients and third-party vendors receive clean, enhanced, and segmented ready-to-market data.
• Coordinate and manage source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor data processing jobs, verify input/output counts, and audit results against historical trends.
• Build and set up processing flows, including ad hoc and complex new builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data or processing issues, advising clients on necessary solution changes.
• Facilitate change management by participating in scoping, estimating, and implementing solution changes.
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide oversight on low-complexity assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of relational database design.
• Experience with data auditing and monitoring techniques.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Information Technology or a similar field.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, privacy standards, and FCRA.
• Experience with SQL, PL-SQL, Unix/Linux, or Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with file transfer protocols and encryption/decryption processes.
• Experience using campaign management tools or data processing platforms.
