AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence by red-teaming, certifying, and insuring AI agents. We have built the gold standard for agent security and reliability, AIUC-1, with support from over 100 CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team includes alumni from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, and Perplexity.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end certification process with customers, from scoping and kick-off to certificate issuance
• Project lead and navigate multi-stakeholder environments including customer CISOs, security engineers, legal/compliance, and C-suite
• Design and continuously improve the certification delivery process
• Act as a bridge between GTM and product teams by translating delivery learnings into product input

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience at a top consulting firm in a client-facing project lead role
• Track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes under pressure
• Executive presence and ability to communicate clear narratives to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a deployment strategist, Field Deployment Engineer (FDE), or in strategic accounts
• Experience as a founder or in other commercially facing roles
