Delivery Advisor

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of customer order preparation
• Handle customer disputes including returns and credits
• Generate delivery routes and ensure profitability following company processes
• Control product quality in compliance with hygiene, safety, and ISO 22000 standards
• Propose substitute products while considering margins
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met and support the sales force regarding delivery
• Proactively follow up with customers to improve satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in the food distribution sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
