Delivery Advisor

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of customer order preparation
• Handle customer disputes including returns and credits
• Perform NPS customer follow-ups to improve customer experience
• Propose substitute products while considering product margins
• Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines
• Support new customers within the perimeter using available tools

Requirements

• Currently seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in commerce or distribution
• Bac or Bac professionnel level education
• Passion for gastronomy
• Strong interest in customer relations
• Proficiency with IT tools
