Delivery Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the client portfolio to build loyalty and optimize results
• Welcome, support, and advise customers at METRO Halles
• Follow orders from reception and preparation to invoicing and shipping coordination
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Manage potential disputes and administrative follow-up
• Participate in managerial rituals and continuous process improvement
• Work transversally with various departments including sales and customer experience
• Support and train new employees to develop their autonomy

Requirements

• Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
• High school diploma or vocational training (Bac/Bac professionnel)
• Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
• Agile with IT tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
